Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit ONLY. All products must be in unused condition. Original tags and packaging must be attached and receipt must be presented at time of return.

All vintage, apothecary, consumables, and discounted items are FINAL SALE, no refunds accepted. All workshop and event tickets are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for any items sold by and for Visiting Artists or vintage clothing.

About the shop

Moon+Arrow is the curation of Chelsea Pearce, our founder and original maker, who’s vision for M+A came to her in a dream about friends aiming arrows towards the moon. That dream led to what we now embody in our corner of Queen Village, Philadelphia- striving for what seems impossible, celebrating the earth that we live on, and embracing those close to us. We are a socially-responsible and environmentally conscious boutique for handmade and vintage jewelry, clothing, accessories, home-furnishings, decor, and apothecary.

Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 11 am to 6 pm
Sunday: 10 am to 5 pm
