Fat and the Moon Mama Sitz Post-Partum

*A note on the word "Mama." To our pregnant and birthing people, we see ‘Mama’ as a divine and earthly energy. People of all genders can evoke the Mama, as they create, protect, and nurture. Our world needs Mama channeled by all gender identities. The Mama products aim to honor that energy, rather than defining a particular identity.
Add three tablespoons of the Mama Sitz herbs and add it to a quart-sized jar. Fill the jar with boiling water and let the herbs steep for a minimum of half an hour. Steeping overnight is ideal. You can gently rewarm the tea before use.
Add the strong tea to a warm, shallow bath (enough water to submerge your yoni). Add a ¼ cup of sea salt to the tub —sitz for 20 plus minutes. Continue this practice once a day for a month.
Yone on ice directions: Using the same tea (sans salt), saturate a clean cloth folded into a shape that will fit into a menstrual pad. Freeze the saturated tea cloth, then place it on top of a sanitary pad to wear. It’s like a popsicle outta the ice cream truck on a hot summer day ... for your yoni.
Other uses: Add tea to a peri-bottle and use as you would with water.
Continue to use after postpartum repair for discomfort from microbial invasions.
Myrrh, Lavender, Chamomile, Comfrey, Witch Hazel and White Willow make for a repairing and soothing blend to some of the most senstive tissues. Excellent for promoting tissue regeneration.
