Sourcery's zingy, floral and deliciously molasses-y ginger is grown in the hills of Eastern Nepal. Ginger is hand harvested, dried and ground to a buttery powder. Favorite baker, Pelah Kitchen uses their ginger in her famous carrot cake and we couldn't be more proud to carry it in Moon+Arrow!
