Our doors are finally open for you to walk in as you please (at a safe distance)! We are so excited to welcome our community back into our shop. We appreciate your patience as we work through this together!
When stopping in the shop we will be requiring all customers to wear a mask and to stay 6 feet away from one another with a max of 6 shoppers in the space at a time.
We will be providing hand sanitizer at the door, which you are required to use upon entry. We will be thoroughly sanitizing our doors, register area, and other high-touched areas in accordance with CDC guidelines. Clothing will be steamed regularly.
Curbside Pick Up:
We are still offering curbside pickup! Place an order on our website and choose free local pickup. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up! If you see anything on our social media that is not on our website, please reach out and we can help you!

Free Local Delivery During December:
We are offering free local delivery to our nearby neighbors in December, when checking out you will see the option for local delivery if your zipcode is close enough to the shop!

Return Policy? Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit ONLY. All products must be in unused condition. Original tags and packaging must be attached and receipt must be presented at the time of return. All vintage, apothecary, consumables, and discounted items are FINAL SALE. No refunds accepted. All workshop and event tickets are non-refundable.
Holiday Return Policy: For the holidays we except exchanged and store credit for items bought during December, until January 7th. After January 7th we will no longer be accepting returns, refunds, exchanged, or items for store credit unless those items were bought within 14 days of your purchase.
Visiting Artist Return Policy: Recently, Moon + Arrow has been featuring local artists on a monthly basis, because we are featuring local artists' work for a limited time we will not be accepting returns or refunds or store credit for Visiting Artist products. Recently this has included items by Kitchen Garden Series, Curious Clay, Brass Arrow and Steph Trowbridge.
Shipping: Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in the US. We are currently not offering shipping outside of the United States but if you would like a customized quote for shipping outside of the U.S. please reach out to us through our email Info@Moonandarrow.com If you have not received your products, please contact us through our email.
As the USPS is extremely backed up because of COVID precautions, limited USPS staffing and holiday rushes, because of this, we can not guarantee any timeline for package arrival during the holiday season. Once your package is in the hands of USPS we know as much as you do, about where your package is. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
